Our newest property combines the greenery of our tropical garden with a spectacular Rooftop vista of the Seraya mountains. This totally private roof top with a fun plunge pool will surely be a hit with your family and friends.
The villa has two bedrooms and sleeps four people. Each bedroom has a private en suite bathroom. The living room and terrace offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tropical ambiance.
Feel like cooking? No problem the kitchen is there for all your cooking desires. Prefer to to leave the cooking to our staff? Just let us know and we’ll be serving you in the villa. Alternatively, there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance.
We have a grocery store on site with a decent wine and beer selection, spirits are also available.
An ATM is just in front for your cash needs.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, if the reservation is cancelled or modified, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment
50 percent of the total amount may be charge any time after booking.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 15 days before arrival.

A special place!
If you are heading to Amed for a vacation I doubt there is anything closer to perfection that the Villa Adi.
We had the rooftop villa which has a pool on the roof. The entire villa is extremely private and secluded and perfect for a couples getaway.
This accommodation is spacious clean and they cater for everything you may require.
The Adi family were amazing and always helpful!
I don’t think there is anything better in Amed!
Heaven on earth
We stayed at Villa Adi for 5 amazing nights. All the staff as well as the owner and his wife were so incredibly accommodating and welcoming, always going a little bit further to make our stay even more pleasurable. There is the Adi shop just outside the villa as well as an ATM which makes it so convenient. We had a scooter and explored the whole of Amed and Villa Adi is by far the best accommodation out there! The rooftop villa is a little piece of heaven with your own splash pool, sun loungers and at night the most spectacular, starry sky right above you. No doubt that this is the place to stay when you are visiting Amed.
